当我阅读关于 ，我当时’t entirely sure how it could be buildable and a brow tint in one. 的 applicator is a short, flexible foam spike and the tube has a ball bearing inside which you need to shake before use otherwise you end up with really faint strokes like those at the bottom of my swatches. If you do shake the tube prior to application, the applicator becomes more ‘wet’ and more intense.
